This policy explains what limited information Redactr collects through this website (redactrai.com) and how we handle it. It covers the website only. The Redactr software you install runs on your own machine and is designed so your code, traffic and redacted values never reach our servers.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you fill in the book-a-call or "email me the command" forms, we receive what you type: your name, work email, optional phone number, and message.
- Anti-spam signals. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, which processes basic browser signals to tell humans from automated traffic.
- Phone country detection. The phone field uses a third-party lookup (ipapi.co) to guess your country code from your IP address. This happens in your browser; we do not store the result.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to reply to you, set up a walkthrough, or send the install command you asked for. We use anti-spam and hosting data to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile anti-spam.
- Email, so we can reply to your message.
- ipapi.co, only for the in-browser phone country guess described above.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
International processing
Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on those providers' safeguards for any such transfers.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and developers and is not directed at children.
